1. Who these terms apply to

These terms and conditions apply to anyone who purchases or accesses any product, course, workshop or service created and delivered by Conscious Healing by Nathalia Christensen, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark.

By purchasing or accessing any of my products or services you agree to these terms.

2. What you are purchasing

When you purchase a digital product or course from me you receive access to the content as described at the time of purchase. The specific content included will be detailed on the relevant product or sales page.

Access is personal to you. You may not share your login details with anyone else.

3. What my products and services are not

All products and services created by Nathalia Christensen are educational content created by a relationship coach. They are not therapy, counselling, medical advice or psychological treatment of any kind. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feel you need professional support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or counsellor.

4. Results

My products and services provide education, tools and frameworks based on my personal experience and professional coaching work. Individual results will vary. Nathalia Christensen makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from completing any course, workshop or programme.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nathalia Christensen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use any of my products or services, including but not limited to:

By purchasing and accessing my products and services you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. The content I provide is for educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Refund policy

If you have not accessed any course content within 14 days of purchase you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date.

Once you have accessed any course content all sales are final. By accessing the course content before the 14 day withdrawal period has expired you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase please contact me at [email protected] and I will do my best to resolve it.

7. Intellectual property

All content including videos, worksheets, written materials, audio and any other resources is the intellectual property of Nathalia Christensen. You may not reproduce, share, resell, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location in accordance with EU and UK VAT regulations.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe via Thinkific. I do not store your payment details.

9. Access and availability

I will make every reasonable effort to keep my products and services available and accessible. However I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary technical issues with the platforms I use.

Where lifetime access is stated, this means access for as long as I continue to operate the relevant product or service on its current platform. In the unlikely event that I discontinue a product, move to a different platform or stop my subscription with the platform provider, I will give reasonable notice to existing customers and where possible provide alternative access to the content.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
